Shilena Nails & Spa – Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Shilena Nails & Spa, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we kindly ask that you give us adequate notice.
Cancellation Notice
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
Fees
• Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): 50% of the service cost.
• No-Show (no call, no show): 100% of the service cost.
• Fees will be charged to the card on file or added to your next visit.
Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit may be required for group bookings, high-demand services, or new clients.
• Deposits will be applied to your service and forfeited if the appointment is missed without proper notice.
Grace & Emergencies
• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. Please communicate with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate with fairness and flexibility.
Arriving Late
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, depending on availability.
